Job Description:

We are seeking a talented DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining and providing operational support for multiple Salesforce environments. You will be responsible for driving enhancements, developing new applications, and overseeing all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle for our client's Salesforce orgs and associated applications. Your expertise will ensure smooth integration with other systems, ensuring our solutions are robust and efficient. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce build and release management and will thrive in a collaborative environment where innovative ideas are encouraged and rewarded.

As a DevOps Engineer, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities critical to our operations and client satisfaction.:

Provide ongoing maintenance and operational support for Salesforce applications;; Resolve production issues and bugs in a timely manner;; Support the implementation of enhancements and new feature development;; Manage all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle, including requirements gathering and testing;; Develop new applications to meet evolving business needs;; Conduct comprehensive testing services to ensure quality and functionality;; Plan and execute code deployments across various environments in collaboration with stakeholders;; Utilize project management and testing tools for effective release management;; Create and update system documentation, including security and recovery plans;; Support code analysis and integrate security practices within the deployment pipeline;; Investigate and resolve production issues, providing effective solutions;; Gather requirements and perform both corrective and enhancement changes as needed;; Prepare and facilitate updates in response to Salesforce upgrades and legislative changes;; Provide training and support resources for client staff;; Organize knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance collaboration across teams
