Assistant Project Manager
Job Description:
- We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Project Manager who will play a vital role in supporting our Project Manager and the overall project team. In this position, you will assist in the management of various project phases, ensuring that all objectives and policies are followed meticulously to guarantee the successful completion of projects. Your responsibilities will include maintaining effective communication with internal departments and external stakeholders, ensuring that project scope aligns with contractual agreements, and preventing any unplanned or unbudgeted work from occurring. You will also attend project meetings at the request of the Project Manager, ensuring that all construction documents such as submittals, RFIs, and change orders are organized and updated as necessary. Additionally, you will aid in quality control and assurance efforts, support job cost management initiatives, and help reinforce the project schedule requirements established by the Project Manager, all while adhering to our commitment to quality, profitability, and safety.
