We are looking for an experienced Head of Data Science to lead our innovative Data Science team at one of Europe's foremost digital automotive platforms. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the creation and implementation of machine learning models that are designed to make a significant impact on our business operations. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure that projects are aligned with the company's strategic goals while also providing mentorship and technical guidance to your team members. Your expertise will be crucial in driving projects to completion and in making critical decisions related to MLOps design. As a leader, you will be responsible for fostering a motivating environment that encourages the growth and development of your team, ensuring we attract and retain the best talent in the industry. You will work in close partnership with stakeholders across the organization to identify business opportunities and advocate for best practices in data science processes and methodologies.
