Job Description:
- As a member of the Data Science team, you will play a pivotal role in guiding a leading company towards becoming a data-driven and AI-enabled organization. Collaborating closely with various departments, you will work on innovative AI applications that deliver real financial value. Your contributions will not only support local teams but also strengthen international synergies across the organization. You will engage with stakeholders to identify key business challenges where data science can make a significant impact, ensuring that your analyses translate into actionable insights. Your role will involve cleaning and linking relevant data sources, which serves as the foundation for further analysis. Additionally, you will employ state-of-the-art algorithms during the proof-of-concept phase to optimize business processes. Once a project demonstrates technical feasibility, you will partner with relevant departments to validate the financial benefits of the models in real-world applications. You will also facilitate the transition of projects into operational use, often working alongside IT colleagues. This position requires active participation in interdisciplinary, agile teams throughout all project phases, including the regular presentation of new findings to stakeholders and management.
