Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team focused on delivering innovative healthcare software solutions. In this role, you will lead client-facing implementation projects and ensure that our solutions meet the specific needs of our clients. You will be responsible for establishing clear communication channels with clients, managing their expectations, and acting as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. Your expertise will be essential in defining project scopes, coordinating tasks, and overseeing deliverables to ensure timely completion. You will also develop and conduct training sessions to equip both clients and internal teams with the necessary knowledge to utilize our software effectively. Collaborating closely with our Product Management team, you will recommend and implement effective solutions while regularly updating the executive team on project progress and status.
