We are on the lookout for an experienced Cyber Security Consultant to join our dynamic team based in Mönchengladbach, Germany. In this critical role, you will be responsible for assisting clients in fortifying their IT infrastructures against potential threats while formulating comprehensive cybersecurity strategies. You will leverage your extensive knowledge of security practices and industry threats to design, implement, and enhance robust security measures. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding clients through the complexities of cybersecurity, ensuring that their operations remain secure and compliant with regulatory standards.

As a Cyber Security Consultant, you will undertake a variety of important tasks to enhance the cybersecurity posture of our clients.:

Guide clients in the development and improvement of cybersecurity initiatives for IT and OT systems;; Conduct thorough risk assessments, vulnerability analyses, and compliance audits;; Create and implement security policies and protocols in accordance with recognized standards;; Assist clients in meeting regulatory compliance requirements and reporting obligations;; Respond to security incidents and provide guidance on mitigation strategies;; Promote security awareness through training and awareness programs for client staff;; Collaborate with internal IT teams, OT specialists, and external partners to enhance security measures

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with operational technology (OT) systems
• Experience with cybersecurity standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and BSI-Grundschutz
