Job Description:
- We are seeking a motivated Junior Data Scientist to join our dynamic team in Freiburg, Germany or remotely. As part of TriNetX Oncology GmbH, you will engage in the exciting field of real-world data (RWD) and real-world evidence (RWE) specific to oncology. Your role will involve transforming complex datasets into actionable insights that support our clients in the pharmaceutical sector. You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative biostatistical methods and advanced analytical techniques to clean, preprocess, and analyze healthcare data, thereby extracting valuable trends and patterns. By collaborating closely with senior data scientists, you will help establish and maintain efficient data pipelines and contribute to the harmonization of data models. You will also focus on creating comprehensive data visualizations and reports to effectively communicate your findings to various stakeholders, ensuring the insights are accessible and impactful. In this position, you will have the opportunity to work on significant publications and contribute to the advancement of knowledge in the oncology field.

As a Junior Data Scientist, you will undertake a variety of responsibilities that revolve around data analysis and collaboration.:
- Develop and implement biostatistics methods and advanced analytics;; Clean, preprocess, and analyze real-world data to identify meaningful patterns;; Create and maintain ETL processes and analytical pipelines;; Harmonize and standardize data models for improved analysis;; Develop robust code for data quality monitoring and machine learning applications;; Collaborate with various departments and clients to gather data processing requirements;; Create data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate findings;; Contribute to publications and share knowledge with team members
