Your responsibilities will include managing complex programs that address customer needs in the Defense and Aerospace markets, ensuring that our innovative solutions effectively connect, protect, and power systems globally. This role is pivotal in driving project success through effective communication, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration. You will interface with internal and external stakeholders to develop business proposals and manage contract negotiations, while also overseeing program schedules and milestones to align with customer expectations. Your leadership will guide teams through program reviews, ensuring that project objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
