Job Description:
- We are seeking a talented Agile Scrum Master to lead and facilitate our Scrum teams within the financial sector. In this role, you will be responsible for effectively implementing Agile methodologies, ensuring that teams are aligned and focused on delivering high-quality results. You will work closely with Product Owners and development teams to optimize the flow of work, enhance collaboration, and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives. Your coaching skills will help foster an Agile mindset across teams, empowering them to achieve their full potential. This position requires expertise in Agile practices, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for driving team success.

As an Agile Scrum Master, your primary responsibility will be to guide and support Scrum teams in their Agile journey, ensuring effective practices and collaboration.:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives;; Help teams identify and resolve impediments quickly to maintain workflow;; Coach teams on Agile principles and foster a culture of continuous improvement;; Manage dependencies and facilitate communication within and across teams;; Work with Product Owners to ensure a healthy backlog and clear definitions of Done
