Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled UX Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will take the lead in understanding user needs through comprehensive research, enabling you to craft engaging and user-friendly digital experiences. Your ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams—including strategists, developers, project managers, and fellow designers—will be crucial in ensuring a seamless user journey across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for creating intuitive designs, conducting usability tests, and iterating on feedback to continuously enhance the user experience. Your role will also involve maintaining design systems and ensuring that our products not only meet user expectations but also adhere to accessibility standards, making them inclusive for all users.

As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at enhancing user experience across our digital platforms.:

Conduct user research through interviews and surveys to gather insights on user behavior and pain points;; Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that effectively communicate interaction designs;; Develop and structure content and navigation to enhance overall user experience;; Plan and execute usability testing sessions, analyzing results to identify usability issues;; Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and visual designers to ensure user needs are met;; Iterate on designs based on feedback, analytics, and usability testing outcomes for continuous improvement;; Contribute to and maintain design systems to ensure design consistency;; Work with UI designers to align UX strategies with visual branding;; Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards for inclusivity
