DevOps Engineer

Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will possess extensive technical knowledge and hands-on experience in implementing a variety of practices, frameworks, and tools to enhance our CI/CD/CT pipelines. This role is crucial in enabling effective application deployments, automating infrastructure provisioning, and improving the overall scalability and reliability of applications. The successful candidate will collaborate with development and support teams to design and implement efficient deployment and integration workflows, ensuring that environments are stable, secure, and optimally configured. You will also be responsible for updating existing processes and creating new ones to enhance the performance of our pipelines. Furthermore, you will partner with internal stakeholders to establish best practices that mitigate security risks by integrating global security controls into our CI/CD/CT pipelines. Additionally, preparing environments for various testing phases, establishing team best practices, and supporting monitoring tools for application and infrastructure stability are key responsibilities of this position.

The DevOps Engineer will undertake a variety of tasks aimed at improving the efficiency and reliability of our development and deployment processes.:

    Design and implement deployment and provisioning workflows in collaboration with development and support teams;; Build and maintain tools and solutions associated with our DevOps platform;; Update and optimize CI/CD/CT pipeline processes;; Develop and integrate security controls into CI/CD/CT pipelines;; Prepare and ensure stability of environments for various testing phases;; Establish best practices and document procedures for the DevOps team;; Support monitoring tools to ensure application and infrastructure reliability;; Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with development teams for prompt resolution
