Job Description:
- We are in search of a highly skilled Senior Penetration Tester to join our cybersecurity team on a freelance basis. This role is designed for an individual with extensive experience in penetration testing methodologies and tools, as well as a strong track record in identifying and mitigating vulnerabilities in both IT and Operational Technology (OT) environments. Based in Munich, this position offers flexibility with opportunities for remote work, while occasional on-site visits to client locations within Munich and throughout Germany may become necessary. As a Senior Penetration Tester, you will be responsible for leading sophisticated security assessments, emulating advanced cyberattacks, and delivering actionable insights to enhance our clients' security postures.

As a Senior Penetration Tester, your role will encompass a range of critical responsibilities aimed at bolstering cybersecurity measures for our clients.:
- Conduct thorough penetration tests on various networks, applications, and OT systems to discover vulnerabilities.;; Simulate advanced cyberattacks (red teaming) to evaluate the resilience of client infrastructures.;; Perform security assessments on IT and OT environments, including ICS/SCADA systems for industrial clients.;; Lead security audits and vulnerability assessments, delivering detailed reports with remediation recommendations.;; Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to create tailored solutions for securing their infrastructure.;; Stay informed about the latest trends in security, threat landscapes, and penetration testing techniques.;; Provide mentorship and support to junior team members when applicable.
