Job Description:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team focused on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of software products by developing and executing comprehensive testing strategies. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will undertake the following responsibilities::
- Design and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on system requirements;; Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure software quality;; Identify, document, and track defects using testing and bug tracking tools;; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and develop testing strategies;; Provide recommendations for improvements and enhancements to existing software;; Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to developers regarding quality assurance best practices
