Associate Project Manager

Job Description:

    We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Project Manager to oversee various projects related to the onboarding of raw materials, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement initiatives within the External Supply (ES) division. This role is pivotal as it requires collaboration across multiple departments, including Supply Chain, Quality, Process Development, Manufacturing, Global Strategic Sourcing, and Finance. You will be tasked with leading cross-functional teams in navigating complex projects that ensure the effective supply of raw materials essential for the development and commercialization of innovative medicines. Your responsibilities will encompass project scoping, strategic planning, and the implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and achieve our commitment to excellence. The position also demands strong analytical skills to evaluate opportunities and manage change effectively, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget while meeting stringent quality standards.

As an Associate Project Manager, you will coordinate and manage a variety of projects ensuring that raw material supply is assured and operational excellence is achieved.:

    Manage multiple onboarding and lifecycle management projects of varying complexity;; Facilitate communication among cross-functional teams and external suppliers;; Document and archive project-related materials and maintain project plans;; Monitor project metrics and prepare reports for management reviews;; Drive initiatives for continuous improvement to enhance quality and efficiency
