Job Description:

You will be responsible for evaluating and troubleshooting a variety of software issues, contributing to the development and enhancement of our cutting-edge products. As a Software Tester II, you will engage in a variety of testing and quality assurance activities to ensure our software meets the highest standards.:

    Create and execute test cases within the Azure portal environment to assess customer user experience;; Test proposed changes to hardware, software, and procedures in both in-house and production settings;; Interpret symptoms and troubleshoot software issues, documenting potential solutions;; Diagnose, track, and manage quality issues to resolution, including testing for main and beta software builds;; Participate in product support for beta sites and document test outcomes through data analysis and reporting

  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly
