- Join a dynamic in-house Global Creative and Design team dedicated to enhancing user experiences through data-driven insights. As a Junior UX Designer, you will contribute to innovative projects focused on Digital Commerce and Loyalty within the hospitality sector. This role offers the opportunity to influence the consumer journey, ensuring that customer feedback is integral to the design process. You will be tasked with understanding user behavior across various digital platforms, interpreting data to create user-centered designs, and acting as the 'Voice of the Customer'. Your contributions will be pivotal in shaping a consumer-centric culture, making this position a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in the industry.

As a Junior UX Designer, you will engage in a variety of tasks aimed at creating exceptional user experiences while supporting the overall design strategy.:
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative user data to inform design decisions;; Develop user-centered designs based on customer feedback and research insights;; Effectively communicate design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders;; Utilize established design patterns to enhance product usability;; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and deliver solutions;; Assist in the evolution of user stories and ensure clarity in user expectations;; Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products
