Job Description:
- We are seeking a proficient QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire product testing process across various software projects, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality before they reach our users. You will create, document, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases, both manually and through automated testing methods. Your expertise in using automation tools will be crucial in developing and maintaining a robust suite of automated tests, which will help streamline our testing processes. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers and Software Engineers to identify testing needs early in the development cycle, ensuring that each new feature is thoroughly tested and validated. Your keen attention to detail will enable you to identify and track bugs and inconsistencies, providing valuable feedback to enhance user experience. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of acceptance criteria for product backlog items, ensuring that each item meets the necessary quality standards before acceptance.

As a QA Engineer, you will oversee the entire testing process, ensuring that all products are rigorously tested and meet our quality standards.:
- Manage and implement the product testing process throughout the development workflow.;; Create, maintain, and execute both manual and automated test cases, updating documentation as necessary.;; Conduct post-deployment testing of new features, including regression and smoke testing.;; Identify and report bugs and issues using Atlassian tools, leveraging your understanding of user experience.;; Collaborate with Product Managers and Software Engineers to establish suitable tests for upcoming features.;; Help develop acceptance criteria to enhance the quality of product backlog items.;; Maintain the test suite to reflect the current state of production and ongoing development.;; Champion best practices in QA and continuously seek to improve software development, quality, and release processes.
