Job Description:
- The Cyber Security Controls team is dedicated to establishing and implementing robust security measures across the tools and platforms utilized at H&M. As a Cyber Security Engineer, you will play a crucial role in executing the necessary security controls in software and services throughout the technological environment. Your mission will be to ensure confidentiality and integrity while enhancing overall security across various platforms and tools. You will collaborate with a team of engineers possessing diverse competencies in key technical domains, such as secure software development, cloud security, network security, encryption, and data protection. This proactive role involves shaping the security framework of H&M's technological delivery, thereby safeguarding the organization’s assets and information.

As a Cyber Security Engineer, you will be entrusted with a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing the security posture of H&M's technology landscape.:
- Take ownership of your technical stack and design, build, test, and deploy security and compliance controls to improve operational security;; Develop processes and tools that assist tech delivery teams in maintaining high security standards;; Define and develop security guardrails to guide project teams in secure practices;; Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade security measures to protect the organization’s data, systems, and networks;; Troubleshoot security and control issues as they arise;; Ensure the organization’s data and infrastructure are secured through appropriate security controls;; Participate actively in the change management process to ensure secure transitions;; Identify opportunities for automation and support the design and implementation of automation solutions;; Handle daily administrative tasks, including reporting and communication with relevant departments

- Knowledge of cryptography, including certificates, ADCS, Digicert, and Certificates as a Service
- Experience in implementing security controls for secure software development throughout all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Understanding of information and data protection, particularly regarding privacy regulations
- Familiarity with security systems such as Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, Pureview, email and domain security, and Office 365 Security
