As an IT Manager, you will handle various responsibilities focused on both security and infrastructure, ensuring that all technology systems support the organization's goals.:

Develop and implement an IT security strategy tailored to the organization;; Review and introduce security standards and processes in line with the established strategy;; Recognize and address cybersecurity incidents, implementing containment and prevention measures;; Create and execute incident response plans, ensuring readiness for potential threats;; Design a training program to enhance IT security awareness among employees;; Implement encryption systems for sensitive data protection;; Act as a technical point of contact for private alarm systems;; Oversee software administration for all applications, particularly Microsoft products;; Manage user profiles and access rights in collaboration with department heads;; Support hardware procurement and setup for new employees;; Provide comprehensive IT support to employees and the family
