Job Description:
- We are seeking a dedicated IT Security Analyst to join our team in Richmond, Virginia. This pivotal role involves supporting the Information Security mission by implementing strategic approaches and procedures that are results-oriented. The IT Security Analyst will specifically focus on security analysis for our procurement teams, ensuring compliance with established Information Security Policies and Standards. The responsibilities extend across various domains, including identity and access management, IT risk management, security vulnerability management, and business continuity planning. Your expertise will be essential in conducting security compliance evaluations and providing guidance on security policies. You will engage in collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver strategic consultation on secure and risk-averse acquisition processes. This role demands excellent communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into comprehensible language for diverse audiences.
