Job Description:

    Join our dynamic team as an IT Security and Compliance Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the collaboration between our Business and IT departments. Your primary focus will be to ensure that our operations align with Nestlé's Information Security policies and relevant regulatory standards. In this influential position, you will act as the main liaison among various business stakeholders and IT teams throughout the lifecycle of our products and services. You will be responsible for monitoring market-specific security metrics and driving compliance initiatives that align with our strategic objectives. A proactive approach is essential, as you will keep abreast of industry trends and facilitate effective issue resolution. Your deep understanding of our IT landscape will enable you to represent business needs to IT and vice versa, influencing the product roadmap and ensuring that security and compliance are embedded into our processes.

As an IT Security and Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for various critical tasks aimed at ensuring the security and compliance of our IT operations.:

    Develop and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their objectives and challenges.;; Facilitate regular meetings between business and IT to ensure alignment and proactive problem-solving.;; Monitor and report on compliance with internal and external security standards.;; Identify gaps in IT compliance controls and oversee remediation efforts.;; Lead initiatives to promote awareness of security and compliance across the organization.;; Manage the market's PCI compliance and oversee the Attestation of Compliance (AOC) process.;; Support data privacy initiatives and ensure adherence to legal requirements.
