Job Description:

We are in search of an experienced Senior Cybersecurity Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Consultant who is well-versed in product cybersecurity along with European regulations such as NIS2, the EU Data Act, and the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA). In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for spearheading the design and implementation of comprehensive GRC frameworks tailored to meet client needs while ensuring adherence to EU regulatory standards. You will conduct thorough risk assessments, pinpoint vulnerabilities, and deliver strategic recommendations aimed at risk mitigation and regulatory compliance. Furthermore, you will develop and uphold policies, procedures, and controls critical to the GRC program, with a particular focus on NIS2, the EU Data Act, and the CRA. Your expertise will also extend to securing products across various sectors including automotive and manufacturing, where you will work closely with clients to infuse cybersecurity practices throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. As a mentor, you will guide junior security professionals, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes individual and team growth. Additionally, you will engage with clients as a trusted advisor, aligning cybersecurity solutions with their business objectives while collaborating with the sales team to identify new opportunities and bolster long-term partnerships.

Lead the design, execution, and management of GRC frameworks tailored to client specifications and EU regulations;; Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and identify potential vulnerabilities, providing strategic solutions for risk reduction;; Develop and maintain essential policies, procedures, and controls to support the GRC program;; Drive initiatives to secure products, including embedded systems and IoT devices, particularly in automotive and manufacturing sectors;; Collaborate with clients to embed cybersecurity practices into their product lifecycle;; Perform security assessments to uncover and mitigate risks;; Mentor junior team members, providing technical guidance and fostering career development;; Act as a trusted advisor to clients, aligning cybersecurity solutions with their business strategies;; Collaborate with sales teams to discover new business opportunities and contribute to client engagements
