Join a thriving team in the booming HVDC market, especially focused on large-scale offshore wind energy projects. As we form a new and dedicated engineering department, we are focusing on enhancing our automation systems, specifically in the areas of SCADA and HMI systems, IT/OT infrastructure, Cyber Security, and telecom systems. This role requires a seasoned professional who is capable of leading the technical aspects of network and Cyber Security within our SCADA, network, and IS/IT solutions for various projects. You will engage closely with external partners to ensure that all technical specifications align with our overarching project goals. Your expertise will guide the development of secure and efficient network solutions while collaborating with diverse teams and clients. We need someone who is not only technically adept but also possesses a strong desire to learn from experiences and continually improve processes.

As a Senior Engineer, you will be tasked with overseeing the technical delivery of network and Cyber Security solutions for our SCADA and IS/IT projects.:

Design technical solutions based on industry best practices;; Collaborate with project teams, clients, and partners;; Identify and mitigate technical risks to ensure project objectives are met;; Develop and enforce specifications and guidelines for partners;; Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team
