Join our dynamic Global Data Services team as an Associate Investment Data Analyst, where you will play a pivotal role in the management and analysis of critical investment data. You will be responsible for overseeing daily workloads, ensuring that helpdesk and project assignments are executed with precision and within deadlines. Your analytical skills will be essential in responding to complex research requests, defining and executing testing plans, and collaborating closely with technology teams to address production support issues. As part of a fast-paced environment, you will also drive process enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy in data management. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects while delivering an exceptional client experience.

You will be engaged in various critical functions that support the daily operations of the team, including the management and validation of investment data.:

Oversee daily workload distribution to ensure timely completion of helpdesk and project assignments;; Respond promptly to client requests for data setup and maintenance;; Assist in documentation and management of client data requests;; Identify and resolve data quality issues through root cause analysis;; Collaborate with business and technology partners to address production issues;; Execute test plans and support user acceptance testing
