In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing our central Business Intelligence system within the vibrant gaming industry. Your analytical expertise will be crucial in deriving insights from diverse datasets, which will inform both strategic and operational decisions for various teams, including executives and functional groups. You will utilize state-of-the-art reporting tools to create comprehensive reports that provide valuable insights into game performance, marketing efficiency, and financial outcomes. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will undertake various critical tasks to support our gaming portfolio and enhance our BI capabilities.:

Develop and implement group-wide reporting systems in PowerBI for stakeholders, including board members and executives.;; Create python-based scripts for modeling key metrics such as lifetime value predictions and marketing allocations.;; Integrate new data sources and cutting-edge technologies to enhance the BI system in collaboration with portfolio companies.;; Utilize data insights to optimize marketing expenditures and drive campaign effectiveness.;; Provide proactive advisory support to portfolio companies regarding marketing strategies, game performance, and industry trends.;; Act as a subject matter expert to assist local analytics teams in elevating their internal capabilities.;; Enjoy autonomy in designing and conducting analyses on the effectiveness of marketing and product initiatives.
