Job Description:

    Join us as a Business Intelligence Analyst, where you will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into meaningful insights that drive strategic business decisions. This position is integral to our commitment to digital transformation and data-driven decision-making. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth data analyses that support a variety of business initiatives. As part of a collaborative team, you will develop and maintain compelling visualizations using tools like Power BI and Excel, helping stakeholders understand complex data trends effectively. You will also design and implement strategies for metric development to gauge organizational performance, identify root causes of non-performance, and spearhead improvement initiatives with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach. By driving digitalization efforts, you will enhance data accessibility and usability across the organization, bringing innovative ideas to the fore. This role will require you to provide integrated business planning, including supplier forecasts, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored business intelligence solutions that meet our evolving needs.

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will undertake a variety of tasks aimed at enhancing our data-driven culture.:

    Conduct comprehensive data analyses to support strategic business decisions;; Develop and maintain visualizations using Power BI and Excel;; Design and implement metric development strategies to measure organizational performance;; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective business intelligence solutions;; Identify root causes of non-performance and drive improvement initiatives;; Drive digitalization initiatives to enhance data accessibility and usability;; Provide integrated business planning including supplier forecasts
