Job Description:

This role provides a unique insight into our systems, processes, and operations, allowing collaboration with planning, operations, and technical teams. This position is based in Europe.

A day in the life:

    Design and manage the appropriate metrics to evaluate, analyze and improve the efficiency of placement systems., Develop analytical tools and processes to expedite insights and automation., Recommend and implement improvements to the placement strategy using modeling and large datasets, guiding partners on product placement to maximize selection and minimize distance to customers., Collaborate with technology teams to define key priorities and implement recommendations in production through strategic configurations., Research, develop, document, and present new opportunities to stakeholders at all levels within Supply Chain, Finance, and Retail leadership., Work with Program Managers, Business Intelligence Engineers, and Finance Analysts to create the right metrics and analytical tools aligned with business goals., Collaborate with Business and Tech teams to prioritize impactful insights., Explore systems while conducting analyses to understand root causes., Scale findings to assess their impact and prioritize accordingly., Perform large-scale analysis using new metric cuts and statistical models.

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Quicksight
  • Ability to develop and present recommendations for new metrics to enhance business performance understanding
