Job Description:

    The goal of the logistics operation is to build a world-class last mile operation. The aim is to exceed customer expectations by ensuring that orders are delivered quickly, accurately, and in the most cost-effective way. The Capacity Planning Team provides flexible capacity solutions for in-station operations year-round, enabling the business to scale for seasonal peak demand increases. This role is based in Europe. The ideal candidate is passionate about leveraging data to deliver actionable insights that impact daily business, has a strong delivery record, and is experienced in driving execution in a cross-functional environment, backed by analysis and data. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, relish working with large amounts of data, and enjoy the challenge of solving highly complex and sometimes ambiguous problems.

As a Planning Analyst in the Capacity Planning Team, you will be responsible for generating labor plans for delivery stations on a weekly basis to ensure the organization is well prepared for the future. You will analyze execution gaps to enhance future plans. You will collaborate cross-functionally and build key relationships to ensure that decisions are made and actions are taken, enabling operations to run as effectively as possible. You will challenge the unknown and strive for continuous improvement in key areas of the business.:

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering
