Job Description:
- We are currently seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team in Ahlen, North Rhine-Westphalia. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in collecting, analyzing, and optimizing procurement data to support our business objectives. You will work with both structured and unstructured data from various internal and external sources. This position involves monitoring supplier performance, identifying areas for improvement, and performing risk analyses within the procurement process. Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring compliance with procurement regulations and developing strategies to mitigate risks. You will also be responsible for providing data-driven insights to enhance process optimization and implementing suitable systems for data organization and modeling. The role requires you to analyze data patterns, summarize findings in BI tools and reports, and improve data quality across IT systems. You will have the chance to support users in data quality processes and promote a data-driven culture within the organization. As a Data Analyst, your responsibilities will include the following tasks::
- Collecting structured and unstructured data from various sources;; Analyzing and optimizing procurement costs and expenditures;; Monitoring supplier performance while identifying areas for improvement;; Conducting risk analysis in the procurement process and developing mitigation strategies;; Verifying procurement data for compliance and implementing corrective measures;; Providing insights based on data analysis to support process optimization;; Implementing systems for effective data organization and modeling;; Analyzing data patterns and trends to derive actionable insights;; Collaborating with stakeholders to gather business requirements and develop solutions;; Summarizing results in BI tools and reports;; Improving data quality within IT systems;; Cleaning databases and performing error analysis and corrections;; Advancing the development of a scalable integrated data architecture
