Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our team, focusing on the measurement and analysis of subscriber growth across our streaming services. This role will be pivotal in delivering accurate subscriber data and insights to various business partners. As a Data Analyst, you will collaborate closely with teams such as Data Governance, Business Intelligence, and Data Engineering to ensure that our reporting processes are efficient and effective. You will take ownership of operational reporting, communicate complex data requirements to technical teams, and provide clear summaries of technical progress and challenges to stakeholders. Your strong attention to detail and accountability will be crucial in managing the intake and processing of data files, as well as in developing documentation that contextualizes our subscriber data for business partners. This role demands excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving, as you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of data published in executive reports and contributing to the design of resilient reporting solutions.

The primary responsibilities of this role include leveraging subscriber data for strategic analysis, managing reporting processes, and ensuring data accuracy for executive reporting.:

Conduct in-depth analysis of subscriber data to provide strategic insights to executive teams;; Own and oversee end-to-end operational reporting processes;; Communicate business requirements clearly to technical teams and summarize technical progress for stakeholders;; Document data requirements related to executive reporting metrics and systems;; Manage the processing and handoff of data files across teams;; Develop a comprehensive understanding of subscriber balances and the technical infrastructure for reports;; Plan and manage projects to ensure timely reporting for major business events;; Participate in weekly validations to confirm data accuracy;; Create and maintain documentation that explains complex subscriber data
