Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, processing, and analyzing IT data to develop insightful operational metrics and trends. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including technical teams and business executives, to understand their data requirements and provide comprehensive analytical support. Your expertise in data visualization tools will be crucial as you create interactive dashboards and reports that communicate complex data insights in an accessible manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in statistical analysis and a solid understanding of data warehousing concepts. You will also be expected to stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices in data analytics and visualization to continually enhance our data reporting capabilities.

As a Data Analyst, you will be involved in a variety of tasks aimed at optimizing data processes and enhancing reporting capabilities.:

Collect, clean, and preprocess data from multiple sources using SQL and Python;; Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to visualize key performance metrics;; Analyze complex data sets to identify significant trends, patterns, and anomalies;; Collaborate with various teams to gather data requirements and provide analytical support tailored to their needs;; Conduct ad-hoc analyses and present findings in a clear, concise manner to non-technical stakeholders;; Automate data processing and reporting workflows using Python scripts to improve efficiency;; Ensure the quality and integrity of data through regular audits and validation processes;; Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in data analytics and visualization to continuously improve processes
