Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Data Analyst to join our dynamic team at a leading medical hair company based in Berlin. In this role, you will leverage data-driven insights to support decision-making across various departments, including sales, marketing, and quality management. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze data from multiple marketing funnels and customer interactions to identify trends, patterns, and areas for optimization. This position involves creating comprehensive dashboards and reports that provide clarity on key performance indicators for various teams. You will also conduct predictive analytics to enhance sales and marketing strategies, working closely with both teams to develop actionable, data-informed recommendations. Additionally, you will assist in budget optimization and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Your insights will be crucial in guiding management's decision-making processes. You will utilize data visualization and presentation tools, such as Power BI or Tableau, and play a pivotal role in improving existing data processes while identifying new data sources for enhanced analysis.
