As a Group Insights Analyst, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute to our data-driven culture and enhance our reporting capabilities.:

Support Group Reporting initiatives by developing and maintaining comprehensive reporting systems that ensure accurate data compilation.;; Collect and analyze data from various departments and external sources, identifying trends and insights to inform business decisions.;; Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and technology to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights.;; Maintain and optimize existing reporting tools and dashboards, ensuring user-friendliness and alignment with organizational goals.;; Implement data quality checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of reports, resolving any data discrepancies as necessary.;; Engage in continuous learning and development to enhance technical skills and stay updated with the latest data analysis tools.
