Job Description:
- We are looking for an Insights Analyst to strengthen our Customer Success team at our locations in Frankfurt or Hamburg. In this key role, you will be at the forefront of customer interaction, playing a crucial part in effective project management and ongoing customer development. Your responsibilities will include compiling reports, analyzing data and trends, and presenting your findings in a visually appealing manner. You will develop industry and customer knowledge, extracting key insights from our retail and household data databases. By interpreting trends and their underlying causes, you will create compelling narratives based on numerical data and facts, summarizing your insights into actionable results that you will discuss with our clients. You will create customized presentations and analyses with a professional layout, independently prepare analyses, and support both ad-hoc and recurring inquiries, conducting briefings with clients to produce client-ready analyses incorporating insights from retail and household data. Using NielsenIQ databases and additional sources, you will craft tailored responses to customer queries, identifying critical information and providing relevant insights into marketing and trade issues linked to customer strategy and objectives.
