Junior Data Analyst

Job Description:

    We are seeking a motivated Junior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting various data analysis and reporting tasks, aimed at addressing complex business challenges. Collaborating closely with senior analysts, you will help to develop and maintain robust data solutions that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to learn and grow in the field of data analytics, while actively contributing to projects that impact multiple departments. You will be involved in the entire data lifecycle, from data acquisition through to retention and collections, gaining valuable experience along the way.

As a Junior Data Analyst, you will be entrusted with a variety of important tasks and projects that are essential to our data-driven initiatives.:

    Assist in conducting thorough business data analysis to derive actionable insights and recommendations across various stages, including Acquisition, Underwriting, Authorization, Retention, and Collections;; Support the validation of models and participate in the development of predictive analytics models;; Help navigate through Finance and Retail data to answer pressing business questions;; Provide analytical support to various departments, helping them leverage data for improved outcomes;; Assist with additional projects and tasks as assigned by senior team members
