Job Description:
- As a member of the Data Science team, you will play a pivotal role in assisting a major retail brand in their transition towards becoming a data-driven and AI-enabled organization. Collaborating closely with various departments, you will help drive innovative AI applications that deliver tangible business value. You will be instrumental in building decentralized data and analytics competencies while fostering international synergies. Your contributions will involve working on real-world problems, ensuring that data science initiatives not only demonstrate technical feasibility but also prove their financial impact in practical applications.

Engage in various phases of data science projects while collaborating with interdisciplinary and agile teams.:
- Identify problem statements in collaboration with business units where data science can create real financial value.;; Clean and integrate relevant data sources to serve as the foundation for further analysis.;; Utilize state-of-the-art algorithms during the proof-of-concept phase to optimize various business processes.;; Demonstrate the financial value of models in practice after technical validation.;; Facilitate the transition of projects to operational status, typically in conjunction with IT colleagues.;; Regularly present new findings to stakeholders and management.
