Sales Data Analyst

Job Description:

    Join our mission and be part of a dynamic team at Doctolib! We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Data Analyst who can support our Sales Teams by extracting valuable insights from our sales data. As a crucial member of the Sales Excellence Team, you will play a vital role in optimizing the efficiency and performance of our sales teams, directly contributing to the success of our business in Germany. You will identify areas for improvement based on our data foundation and derive actionable measures to enhance the performance of our Sales Teams. Your expertise will enable you to create analyses for management and assist in decision-making processes through well-founded data. You will simplify access to relevant sales data by developing dashboards and self-service tools, and train users, such as Sales Managers, to utilize the prepared data to enhance various sales processes. As the primary contact for our global Data Team, you will discuss the Data Roadmap and requests for dashboards and ad-hoc data inquiries. We will provide you with comprehensive training on our BI/Reporting tools, such as Periscope Data and Tableau.

As a Sales Data Analyst, you will undertake various responsibilities that involve working closely with sales teams and management to enhance performance through data-driven insights.:

    Identify and analyze areas for improvement within sales performance based on quantitative data.;; Develop comprehensive analyses and reports to assist management in strategic decision-making.;; Create intuitive dashboards and self-service tools to facilitate easy access to sales data.;; Provide training and support to Sales Managers, ensuring they effectively leverage data to improve sales efficiency.;; Serve as a liaison with the global Data Team, discussing the Data Roadmap and managing requests for dashboards and data analyses.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three years of experience in Sales Performance, Strategy, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proficient in analytical thinking with a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights and develop new solutions to inspire team implementation.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; basic knowledge of SQL, Tableau, or Metabase is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
