Senior Data Analyst

Job Description:

    We are on the lookout for a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst who excels in both technical and client-facing roles. This hybrid position requires you to work on-site three days a week in either our Charlotte or Tempe office. In this capacity, you will apply your expertise in SQL and data visualization tools such as Power BI to analyze complex datasets and derive actionable insights. Your role will extend beyond data analysis; you will be responsible for conveying your findings through impactful presentations aimed at senior management, ensuring that your insights align with the company's strategic objectives. As a leader within the organization, you will also mentor junior analysts, guiding them in their professional development and helping them enhance their skills in data analysis, modeling, and reporting. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will take on various responsibilities that are crucial for driving data-informed decision-making within the company.:

    Lead and mentor junior analysts in data analysis and reporting techniques;; Prepare and present data-driven insights and reports to senior leadership;; Conduct thorough data analysis using SQL and Power BI to generate actionable insights;; Develop and maintain data models that support effective decision-making processes;; Manage multiple analytics projects while assisting junior team members;; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clarity in data requirements;; Identify and resolve data quality issues and discrepancies;; Create high-impact dashboards and reports that effectively communicate findings to stakeholders;; Stay updated on the latest data analytics tools and technologies;; Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing data-driven processes
