Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior People Data Analyst to join our People Analytics Team at Vinted. In this pivotal role, you will play an essential part in our mission to enhance data-driven decision-making within the organization as we expand our products and operations globally. You will focus on analyzing and interpreting employee lifecycle data, providing insights that span from recruitment through to alumni status. This is a unique opportunity to build People analytics products from the ground up and significantly influence the development of the People Analytics function at our company. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HR, coupled with expertise in data analysis tools, and will have the ability to effectively communicate insights to a diverse range of stakeholders.

As a Senior Analyst, you will have a range of responsibilities aimed at building and managing analytics products that support the entire employee lifecycle. You will collaborate with business leaders to identify challenges and translate them into data-driven solutions.:

Develop and maintain People Analytics products and dashboards;; Analyze complex data sets to provide actionable insights;; Support project initiatives within the People team using data analysis;; Collaborate with various departments to enhance data-driven decision making
