Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer who will play a vital role in building and deploying intricate cloud environments for our clients. In this position, you will utilize innovative automation tools and state-of-the-art technologies to create tailored architectures that meet specific client needs. You will be responsible for deploying advanced cloud services, implementing automation solutions, and ensuring a continuous feedback loop with customers to align deliverables with their expectations. Your expertise will be essential in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues, as well as setting up large-scale monitoring and logging systems. As the primary technical contact for a portfolio of Managed Services, you will oversee daily cloud operations, support customers in achieving their objectives, and conduct regular client review meetings alongside relationship managers and stakeholders. You will proactively monitor key performance indicators, the overall health of customer environments, and evolving customer requirements, while providing insights and recommendations on security best practices in the cloud. Additionally, you will collaborate with various AllCloud teams to facilitate customer needs and support financial operations in identifying cost-effective recommendations for their cloud environments.

As a DevOps Engineer, you will be at the forefront of leveraging cloud technology to optimize client operations.:

Design and implement custom cloud architectures tailored to client specifications;; Deploy and manage advanced cloud services;; Develop and implement automation solutions for deployment and operations;; Maintain a feedback loop with clients to ensure alignment of deliverables;; Identify and resolve technical issues promptly;; Establish and manage comprehensive monitoring and logging solutions;; Act as the technical liaison for Managed Services clients;; Oversee daily cloud operations to ensure customer objectives are met;; Conduct regular client meetings to review performance and gather feedback;; Monitor customer KPIs and health of their cloud environments;; Provide security recommendations and best practices;; Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs
