Job Description:
- We are seeking a talented DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team in Leipzig, Saxony. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise to automate and optimize the infrastructure critical for the operation and development of our Virtual Power Plant. You will apply software development methodologies to provide scalable and highly available infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration and deployment of applications. Your contributions will include the development of efficient CI/CD pipelines, enhancing security protocols within the pipeline, and collaborating with product development experts to guarantee continuous delivery. You will also be responsible for monitoring and maintaining microservices, troubleshooting issues, and minimizing manual intervention through automation. This role requires a proactive approach to designing monitoring and reporting tools, as well as defining and measuring service level indicators in coordination with various departments.

As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for various tasks that ensure the smooth operation of our infrastructure and applications.:
- Implement Infrastructure as Code methodologies to automate infrastructure provisioning.;; Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for rapid deployment of applications.;; Enhance security measures within CI/CD processes through various scanning and policy implementations.;; Collaborate with development teams to ensure applications are always in a releasable state.;; Monitor microservices and optimize operations to reduce manual interventions.;; Design and implement monitoring and reporting tools for 24/7 service oversight.;; Define and measure service level indicators in alignment with business requirements.
