Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in building advanced loyalty programs within the AdTech space, tackling the challenge of designing infrastructure capable of managing an astonishing three billion API requests per day. Your primary focus will be to bridge the gap between the DevOps and Software Engineering teams, creating a cohesive backend development squad. This position emphasizes the importance of balancing rapid development with the maintenance of reliable, scalable systems. As a hands-on leader, you will engage directly with a complex AWS environment, utilizing Infrastructure as Code and containerization techniques, particularly with Kubernetes, while also working within a Golang codebase. Your expertise in big data technologies will also be invaluable as we strive for excellence in our development processes. You will have the opportunity to mentor and lead a talented team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.
