Join our IT team and take on a leadership role!:

    Define and maintain the conceptual architecture and strategy for IT Connectivity Services., Ensure the future network strategy aligns with industry trends and integrates with cloud and mobility strategies., Translate concepts and strategies into actionable projects aligned with business needs., Provide design governance and oversight for projects to ensure alignment with strategic goals., Lead a team of technical architects from the organization and third parties for assigned programs., Conduct steering and governance meetings with senior management stakeholders., Maintain operational support with third parties to meet global business requirements., Ensure project success through adherence to architectural frameworks and quality commitments., Proactively manage the quality of high-level designs provided by service providers., Facilitate communication between architecture, project teams, and external partners regarding project status., Initiate and manage group-wide infrastructure initiatives with service providers to meet strategic goals., Establish improved practices within the architecture community to enhance service quality., Stay updated on industry developments and research relevant technologies., Estimate project scope, size, time, and resource requirements., Provide alternative solutions to business requirements considering time, cost, quality, and scope.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in strategic development

  • Hands-on engineering experience with Microsoft Azure network components
  • including Firewalls and VNETs.
  • Ability to lead a technical team in end-to-end network design and troubleshooting.
  • Expertise in developing network strategies influenced by cloud computing
  • mobility
  • and IoT advancements.
  • Strong design skills in MPLS
  • QoS
  • VPN
  • Routing
  • and Switching
  • with an interest in SDN and hybrid networks.
  • In-depth knowledge of designing corporate MPLS
  • SD-WAN
  • and Internet-based networks with global carriers.
  • Experience in a SASE environment
  • with a solid understanding of Zero Trust Network Access using Palo Alto Prisma Access.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership experience
  • particularly in managing complex technical teams.
  • Experience managing change in international contexts.
  • High customer service orientation and strong analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships during change initiatives.
  • Proactive approach to work and readiness to travel nationally and internationally.
  • Experience in managing third-party vendors in outsourced IT environments.
