Job Description:

As a People Lead, you will play a crucial role in our agile delivery organization.:

    Collaborate with your team to develop software solutions for managing our international B2B insurance and risk management products., Continuously enhance the skills of your team members, approximately 20, in alignment with current and future needs., Engage with other departments to assess requirements and provide fresh insights as a Servant Leader., Work with agile leadership roles to empower teams for self-organized and autonomous work., Oversee the planning and allocation of budgets necessary for achieving these objectives., Ensure that essential IT governance functions are fulfilled and executed appropriately in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • A strong commitment to delivering high-quality and secure software solutions that consistently exceed customer expectations.

  • Several years of relevant leadership experience
  • particularly with agile software development teams
  • and familiarity with the SAFe framework is preferred.
  • Experience in developing Java cloud applications is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in the insurance sector is a plus.
  • Fluent in both English and German.
  • A team player who is passionate about their role and capable of inspiring others.
