Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Analyst to join our team in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Quality Assurance, specifically in creating and executing manual test cases and test scripts from the ground up. This role requires proficiency in various software development lifecycle methodologies, particularly Agile and the Scrum framework, and the ability to work collaboratively with both business customers and technical staff. A successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in writing and executing diverse test cases, including positive and negative scenarios, and will have a strong background in managing complex projects involving third-party vendors. Additionally, familiarity with DevOps tools, especially Jira, is essential for ensuring streamlined software development and continuous integration and deployment processes. The QA Analyst will also be responsible for conducting security, accessibility, performance, and stress testing while clearly communicating technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

The QA Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in software applications through rigorous testing and validation processes.:

Participate in review sessions of business and functional requirements to ensure clarity and completeness.;; Develop comprehensive Test Plans outlining the testing strategy and scope.;; Design, document, and execute detailed test cases and scripts for both manual and automated testing.;; Identify and communicate specific test requirements and criteria for entering and exiting the testing phase.;; Prepare and manage test data necessary for executing test scripts.;; Conduct tests, report on findings, help troubleshoot issues, and assist in defect resolution.;; Provide regular updates on the overall test status and results to stakeholders.;; Perform additional testing-related tasks as required by project needs and provide knowledge transfer to team members.
