We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our team, focusing on business process transformation in the Life Sciences sector. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, especially at the C-Level, and proficiency in additional languages is a plus. As part of our management consultancy, you will help our clients navigate their IT and business process transformations. This role requires a deep understanding of both IT and business perspectives to identify and fulfill customer needs. Role Overview:

Analyze and assess current business processes in the Life Sciences sector, Develop strategies for process optimization and transformation, Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, Facilitate workshops and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations, Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet client needs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in business informatics or a technical discipline from an accredited University
• Several years of experience in consulting or customer advisory roles
• ideally within the Life Sciences Industry or as a key user for relevant products in a Life Science
• Pharma
• or Chemical company
• Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end processes related to pharmaceutical products and industry-specific requirements
• particularly GxP
• Affinity for technical platforms and a strong grasp of cloud and hybrid architecture concepts
• including emerging developments in Artificial Intelligence
• Functional and/or technical expertise in SAP solutions
• especially SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP
• Foundational knowledge in business process modeling and/or enterprise architecture frameworks like BPMN
• SAP Signavio
• or TOGAF
• Proven ability to self-organize and prioritize
• with strong analytical skills to assess processes and provide strategic advice
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• with the ability to engage across various organizational levels
• including C-Level management
• Fluency in English and German
• both written and spoken
