We are seeking a dedicated Senior / Lead Consultant to be at the forefront of IT security, addressing the ever-growing demands in the field of identity-driven cybersecurity. Our extensive service portfolio encompasses all aspects of identity security, including advisory, architecture, implementation, integration, support, and operations. We assist clients in navigating crucial initiatives such as zero trust, identity threat detection and response, and IAM cloud migration, ensuring they remain ahead in cybersecurity. This role offers flexibility, allowing you to work remotely or from one of our locations in Stuttgart, Essen, Munich, Hamburg, Frankfurt, or Vienna.

As a Senior / Lead Consultant, you will take on the following key responsibilities::

Lead and manage Microsoft Entra / Security projects, maintaining a comprehensive view to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions., Play a pivotal role in the Center of Excellence for Microsoft, contributing to the enhancement of our delivery capabilities., Assist in identifying and elucidating the most suitable Microsoft solutions for clients during the pre-sales phase., Develop a thorough understanding of clients' business processes to aid in the creation of highly available Identity Security solutions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Microsoft Entra / Identity Security
• identity and access management

• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in project management and a readiness to take on responsibilities.
• Team-oriented with the capability to serve as a mentor for the next generation of consultants.
• Fluency in both English and German is essential.
