In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational excellence of IBM's cloud infrastructure. Your duties will include::

Monitoring the health of production and test systems on a continuous basis;; Responding promptly to production issues and alerts around the clock;; Implementing changes in the production environment through automation;; Collaborating with other SRE teams and program managers to deliver mission-critical services;; Supporting the development of new and existing capabilities for compute, storage, and network infrastructure services;; Automating infrastructure solutions to support IBM Cloud products;; Ensuring compliance and security integrity within the environment;; Troubleshooting and resolving production issues in collaboration with support and development teams
