Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Malmö. In this role, you will take on dual responsibilities, acting as a Scrum Master for a Java backend development team while also spearheading various product and service projects within our organization. Your expertise will be critical in facilitating Scrum ceremonies and optimizing the team's planning processes, ensuring that they operate at peak efficiency. You will foster a culture of trust and collaboration within the team and across the wider organization, creating strong internal networks that promote best practices. Your keen insight into development processes will allow you to identify areas for improvement, leading initiatives in DevOps to advance cultural, procedural, and technological aspects of our operations. Additionally, you will monitor and enhance the team's velocity over time, ensuring continual progress and achieving project goals in alignment with established PMP methodologies. Collaboration will be key, as you will work closely with various internal stakeholders to ensure the timely analysis, development, and delivery of features within agreed deadlines.
