As an AI Engineer & Researcher, your responsibilities will include a range of critical tasks that contribute to the advancement of our AI systems.:

Designing and implementing evaluations for new AI capabilities;; Creating and refining human and synthetic data generation methodologies;; Experimenting with advanced fine-tuning and reinforcement learning techniques;; Optimizing training data quality and mixture to enhance evaluation outcomes;; Innovating new concepts that align with our mission of developing AI technologies
